Child Safety Standards

1. Our Commitment

Founders Night Out ("FNO," "we," "our," or "us"), operated by JBX Holdings LLC, maintains a zero-tolerance policy for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) across our mobile application, website, and all related services (collectively, the "Services"). Child safety is a foundational requirement for participation in our community, and we do not permit any content, communication, or conduct that sexualizes, endangers, or exploits minors, anywhere on our Services.

These Child Safety Standards apply to Founders Night Out as listed on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, and to all members, applicants, staff, and partners who interact with our Services.

2. Age Requirements and Applicant Vetting

Founders Night Out is intended exclusively for individuals aged 18 and older. We collect date of birth (or birth year) from every applicant during the application process, and every application is reviewed and approved by a member of our team before that person is granted access to the community. Applications indicating an applicant is under 18 are not processed, and any data submitted with them is promptly deleted.

This vetting process is designed to keep minors off the platform in the first place. It does not replace, and works alongside, the content and conduct prohibitions below.

3. Prohibited Content and Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited on our Services and will result in immediate enforcement action:

• Any image, video, or written content depicting, describing, or sexualizing a minor
• Grooming, solicitation, or any attempt to engage a minor in sexually explicit conduct
• Sharing, requesting, or linking to Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) in any form
• Any other behavior that endangers, exploits, or sexualizes minors

This applies regardless of where on our Services the conduct occurs, including profile content, in-app messaging, and event interactions.

4. Reporting a Child Safety Concern

If you encounter content or behavior on our Services that you believe violates these standards, or that endangers a child, please report it immediately to our Trust & Safety Team:

Please include as much detail as you can (usernames, dates, screenshots, or descriptions of the conduct). We review every report we receive.

5. Enforcement

Any confirmed violation of these standards results in immediate, permanent removal from Founders Night Out and termination of the associated account. Where appropriate, we will report violations to law enforcement and cooperate with any resulting investigation.
